Information You Provide

  • User Prompts: Text descriptions and instructions you provide for AI image generation (e.g., redesign prompts, model descriptions, product scenarios)
  • Uploaded Images: Photos you select from your device or capture using the camera for AI processing (spaces, clothing, products, portraits)
  • Feature Preferences: Settings and preferences you configure within the App (e.g., aspect ratios, style options, portrait customization)

Automatically Collected Information

  • Device Information: We generate a unique identifier (UUID) for your device installation to manage subscriptions and provide services
  • Usage Data: We track the number of AI generations you perform per billing period to enforce subscription limits. This count is synced with our backend.
  • Generation Activity Metadata: For each image generation or editing request, we store metadata on our servers including: the feature used, prompt text, AI provider, aspect ratio, timestamps, and operational metrics (e.g., request duration, success/failure status). We do not store the actual images on our servers.
  • Subscription Information: Purchase receipts and subscription status for Pro and Premium subscriptions (processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system)

Information Stored Locally

  • Generated Images: All AI-generated images are stored locally on your device
  • Conversation History: Your prompts, generated images, and conversation metadata are stored locally on your device
  • User Preferences: App settings and preferences are stored locally

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide Services: Generate AI images based on your prompts and uploaded images across all features (interior design, fashion modeling, product mockups, professional portraits, and general image generation)
  • Process Subscriptions: Validate and manage Pro and Premium subscription purchases through Apple's In-App Purchase system
  • Enforce Limits: Track and enforce generation limits per billing period for subscribed users
  • Improve Services: Analyze usage patterns to enhance App functionality and user experience
  • Customer Support: Respond to your inquiries and provide technical support

Data Storage and Security

Local Storage

  • All generated images, prompts, and conversation history are stored locally on your device using the device's file system and local storage
  • We do not upload or store your images, prompts, or personal data on our servers unless necessary for subscription validation
  • You can delete all locally stored data by uninstalling the App or using the delete functionality within the App

Subscription Data

  • Subscription purchase receipts are sent to our backend server only for validation purposes with Apple's servers
  • We store minimal subscription information (user ID, product ID, transaction ID, expiration date) in our database to verify subscription status
  • We also store your generation count per billing period to enforce subscription limits
  • This data is necessary to provide Pro and Premium subscription features and cannot be used to identify you personally

Generation Activity Data

  • For every image generation or editing request, we store metadata on our servers including: the feature used, prompt text, AI provider, model, aspect ratio, number of images requested, success/failure status, error messages (if any), and timestamps
  • We also record non-identifying information about generated images such as dimensions and cryptographic hashes, but we do not store the actual image files
  • This data is retained indefinitely for analytics, troubleshooting, and service improvement purposes
  • The metadata cannot be used to identify you personally and is associated only with your anonymous device identifier (UUID)

Third-Party Services

  • AI Providers: Your prompts and images are sent to third-party AI services (such as NanoBananaPro and OpenAI) to generate and edit images. These services have their own privacy policies.
  • Apple: Subscription purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system, subject to Apple's Privacy Policy
  • Backend Services: Our backend API (hosted on Vercel) processes subscription receipts and stores generation activity metadata (prompts, feature usage, timestamps) but does not store your actual images

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With third-party AI providers (such as NanoBananaPro and OpenAI) necessary to generate and edit images
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice to users)

Your Rights and Choices

Access and Deletion

  • You can access all your data stored locally on your device through the App
  • You can delete individual images or conversations using the App's delete functionality
  • Uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data

Subscription Management

  • You can manage your Pro or Premium subscription through your Apple ID settings
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through Apple's subscription management
  • Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

Permissions

  • Photo Library: You can revoke photo library access through your device settings
  • Camera: You can revoke camera access through your device settings
  • Note: Revoking these permissions may limit App functionality

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

AI-Generated Content

  • Images generated by the App are created using artificial intelligence and may not be suitable for all purposes
  • You are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and regulations
  • We do not claim ownership of images you generate using the App
  • You retain all rights to images you generate, subject to the terms of service of third-party AI providers
